Tapi 100% tak dpt berapa yang kamu rugi. Selepas tolak kos lawyer, kos itu, kos ini, dpt lah kot beberapa sen. Peneranagan tu ada di hantar ke emel sesiapa yang pernah join 12dp dan declare yang tak pernah untung dalam program ni.
Sebenarnya aku takdelah mengharap sangat duit tu dapat balik sebab sebenarnya aku dah untung dalam program tu. Cuma dengan sedikit strategi yang telah difikirkan awal sebelum join sesuatu program, aku dilihat sebagai individu yang belum untung walhal aku dah untung. hehehe..
Itu bukan lah sebab aku nak tulis kat sini. Aku cuma nak tanya, korang (yang pernah join 12DP la), ada terima tak emel ni? Peguam ni sebenarnya dah lama duk beremel dngan ex-12dp ni pasal benda ni. Ada 2 emel aku terima, ni slaah satu.

Since the Claims Bar Date deadline of January 31, 2008, the Receiver and his counsel have reviewed and considered multiple distribution methodologies. As has been previously noted in the various Status Reports posted on the web site for investors and as the Court was advised, “. . . . due to the problems in the financial markets, the Receiver has had a difficult time finalizing the methodology to make distributions.” After evaluation of the ongoing problems, the Receiver has determined the most secure means of distribution will be in the form of a mailed check.
Because checks will be mailed, investors are required to provide and confirm their current physical address information. Your distribution will be by check and it will be mailed to the address you provide. The Receiver has established an Address Web Portal at the link shown in the instructions below.
Under the Plan of Distribution, investors with Allowed Claims are required to log into this web portal and follow the instructions below regarding confirmation of their physical address. Please note the only function of the web portal is to collect and confirm physical address information. The web portal will not display any information relating to claim amounts.
For security purposes, you will receive two emails (including this one) under the username (email address) shown in the heading of this email relating to the process of confirming your address information.
First: This is the email you are currently reading. It is to inform you that you are required to provide the Receiver with your address information and the instructions on how to do it.
Second: The second email will contain a web portal password. This password will be needed to login to the Address Web Portal. The second email will be sent to you within 24 hours of this email.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR ADDRESS WEB PORTAL
(Please read all of the instructions before making entries.)You enter the Address Web Portal by clicking on this link:
Login to the Address Web Portal by entering your USERNAME (the email address to which this Notice was sent) and PASSWORD (web portal password which will be delivered by the second email) after clicking “LOGIN”.
1. Once you have logged in, you will be prompted to change your password. You must enter a new password. Please keep a record of your new password.
2. After you’ve changed your password and clicked “Change Password”, you will automatically be brought to the Current Info tab. If the information displayed is complete and accurate, you still need to click “CONFIRM” in order to register your physical address with the Receiver.
3. If there is no address displayed or an incorrect or partial address is displayed, you must provide your complete physical address. Certain fields have an asterisk alongside them. These fields must be completed. When you are done, you must click “CONFIRM” in order to confirm your physical address with the Receiver for purposes of Distribution.
NOTE: ONCE YOU HAVE CLICKED ON “CONFIRM” YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CHANGE THE INFORMATION VIA THE ADDRESS WEB PORTAL. MAKE SURE YOU ARE INPUTTING THE CORRECT INFORMATION. IF YOU FAIL TO CLICK “CONFIRM” YOUR ADDRESS WILL NOT REGISTER. YOUR DISTRIBUTION CHECK WILL BE MAILED TO THE ADDRESS “CONFIRMED”. THE RECEIVER ANTICIPATES THAT CHECKS WILL BE MAILED WITHIN THIRTY DAYS AFTER THE PLAN IS APPROVED BY THE COURT AT A HEARING DATE YET TO BE ANNOUNCED. THEREFORE, IT IS CRITICAL THAT YOU PROVIDE YOUR ADDRESS PROMPTLY. IF YOU FAILTO PROVIDE YOUR ADDRESS YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A DISTRIBUTION UNDER THE PLAN OF DISTRIBUTION.
